Tickets for Prom will go on sale starting Monday, April 14 through Tuesday, April 22. This year’s Prom will be held at the Presidential Banquet Center in Kettering from 6:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Dinner will be included in the ticket cost. If you have questions you can speak with Mrs. Gatrell.
After Prom is sponsoring “Tropical Twilight” after the Prom from 11:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. at Bethel High School. Food, prizes, inflatables, photo booth, games, music and more. Students need to be checked in by 11:55 p.m. and should bring socks if they plan to use the inflatables. Tickets cost $10 per person and Bethel Seniors are $5 a person. Tickets must be purchased in the High School office by April 17. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Movember aims to change the face of men’s health by putting a fun twist on this serious issue. Men die at a significantly younger age than women, testicular cancer is the most common cancer in males between the ages of 15 and 39 and 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
The Class of 2014 wants to be a part of the movement to increase awareness. As part of this they are going to sponsor
“Mustache Monday” on Monday, November 25.
For $1 donation you can wear a mustache support of men’s health.
The money we raise will be donated to
Dayton Children’s Hospital’s Hematology/Oncology department to help support teens facing serious health issues.

Any sophomore interested in applying to MVCTC, participating in PSEO or the NCAA for learning about any other school option is invited to meeting Wednesday after school in the high school library. Compare how your personal academic record shapes up against requirements for these options. See you at 2:35 on Wednesday, November 6.

A representative from Defiance College will be here Friday, November 8. Sign up in the Counseling Office by Wednesday, November 6. The meeting will be held during 2nd period in Mrs. South’s room.
The University of Dayton will host an Open House on Sunday, November 10. You will have an opportunity to talk with current students and professors, tour the campus, explore academic programs, and learn about financial aid. Space is limited…so reserve a spot via the UD admissions office on-line or telephone.
