Schoolhouse Rock Live Auditions

Auditions will be held on August 25 and 26 after school in the auditorium for the Jr high musical – sign ups will be posted on the first day of school by the music room.

All students in 7th and 8th grade are able to participate. Students will need to prepare a song from a Broadway show for their audition and will need to be ready to dance - dance clinics to teach the audition dance will be held on August 21 and 22 after school.  Any questions may be directed to Miss Wolford.

Senior Privilege/Senior Option

The form for Senior Option is now available.  Seniors, please go over the form with your

parents.  Complete the form and return it to the high school office by the due date listed

on the form.

Schedule Pick Up – Jr. High/High School

9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and at 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

If you are in the high school and you want to make a schedule change you will need to

take a green Request For Schedule Change form home to have your parents sign.  We will

have a list of classes and times for you and your parents to look at when requesting a change.

You will be able to sign up for a scheduling appointment on Friday to get the change completed.

You will need to bring you completed Request For Schedule Change with parent signatures and your schedule.

*Schedule changes will be affected by the number of students in a class.  If the class is full you

will not be able to make the change.

Schedule Changes 7 – 12

Due circumstances beyond our control we have to change the August 7-12 schedule:

  • No schedule pick up until you are notified by One Call that the schedules are complete and available.
  • NO new student registration on Monday, August 11.  New families should contact Regan Butler at 845-9487 to set up an appointment time.  New student registration will be held on August 12 – 13 by appointment only.
  • New student/7th grade Orientation and schedule pick up will be Tuesday, August 12 @ 6pm
  • 7-12 Open House 6-7:30pm – you will need a copy of your student’s schedule.

It’s time to start thinking about school supplies.  You can’t go wrong with a good supply of paper and pencils.

Once you pick up your schedules for Jr. High and High School you will have an idea about what extras you might

need.  Schedules should be available by the week of August 11.

Summer School Orientation

If you are planning to take a course  online during the summer you should attend the orientation meeting being held on

Friday, June 6th, 9:00 a.m., in the “C” Hall computer lab.

Learn about the program and what the requirements are to successfully complete your classes.

Band and choir awards will be held after the concert (not during the concert like usual) in the JH gym with light refreshments. We are hoping everyone can join us.
