8th Grade Graduation

8th Grade Graduation Information

This year at Bethel Middle School, we will be holding a graduation ceremony for our 8th graders. This is going to be a special occasion. Please read the following, as it contains important information in order to make this event a truly remarkable experience as we send our Class of 2030 into high school.

Graduation Ceremony

The graduation ceremony is an important milestone for 8th-grade students as they transition from middle school to high school. This will take place on Wednesday, May 27th at 9:00 am in the Bethel High School Gym. Parking will be available in the back parking lot behind the high school, and you may enter through The Hive doors. Please limit your attendees to a reasonable number to ensure space for all in attendance and enjoyment for all. In addition, this event is intended to be a formal event. Please ensure that your student’s attire is not only school-appropriate but also in keeping with the spirit of the event.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the 8th-grade class will proceed to the middle school gym. There, they will meet with their homeroom teacher. We request that one parent/guardian go to the middle school gym and check their student out. Once this is completed, you can take your student with you.

Permission Slip

Additionally, 8th-grade students’ last day is Wednesday, May 27, at the conclusion of the ceremony. Below is the link to a permission slip which you can sign to ensure your acknowledgment. The bottom portion needs to be completed and returned by Monday, May 11, 2025, to their homeroom teacher.
