Let’s get to know our newest member: Keelie King What College or University did you attend? This will be my 13th year of teaching and I cannot wait to begin my next adventure at Bethel Elementary. I received my Bachelors of Science at Indiana University. I began my teaching career in Brownsburg, Indiana until our recent relocation to Troy, Ohio. During my past teaching experiences, I have been blessed to teach Kindergarten, First, Second, Third and Fourth Grades. It is exciting to be back in First Grade again. What's your favorite part of what you get to do for a living? My favorite part of being an elementary teacher is being able to do what I love every day! With encouragement, inspiration, and love I get to see my students grow into confident, lifelong learners. Being a teacher allows me to make a difference in my students and help them see their potential as good citizens in our world. When you're not serving at school, what do you enjoy doing? When I am not in the classroom, I am reading, going on hikes, and spending time with my family. What are you most looking forward to about serving at Bethel? What makes BLS a great place to work--what makes us stand out from other places of employment? Bethel stands out because the teachers and staff are amazing.
