The Ohio State Highway Patrol Aviation section brought one of their helicopters to Bethel Local Schools as a learning experience for the 8th Grade Aviation Class. Students learned about the OSHP’s typical helicopter missions, and also got to witness the benefits of a helicopter (landing in small spaces with no runway).
Thank you so much to the OSHP, and their troopers, for an amazing learning experience!

Bethel High School Senior Spotlight!
Paige Kearns played Softball, Golf, and Bowling, was a member of the Swim team, and participated in musical productions while at Bethel! After graduating, Paige plans to attend Heidelberg University in the fall, majoring in Nursing and minoring in Psychology, while continuing her golf career. She also hopes to obtain her Master's in Business Administration and attend the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.

The Graduation Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2024 will be held at Hobart Arena on Sunday, May 19th, at 5pm. Hobart Arena is located at 255 Adams Street, Troy, OH 45373, and the doors will open at 4pm. No tickets are required for entrance, and seating will be first come, first served.

Mr. Kelley's Personal Finance Class had a Teen Teach-In at the Elementary School! The high school students taught the 4th-grade classes the importance of personal finance through fun examples and presentations! #BethelLegacy

Grace Watts was a member of the Thespian Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society, and participated in Trap Shooting, Volleyball, and Martial Arts while at Bethel! After graduating, Grace plans to major in Psychology at the Ohio State University and attend the police academy following college.

Taylor Pickett was a cheerleader for football and basketball and was a member of the Hope Squad, Student Council, and National Honor Society while at Bethel! After graduating, Taylor will be attending Kettering College to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Bethel Elementary is once again looking forward to offering a 'Water Day' activity for our 4th quarter PBIS reward! Students who have earned the required number of bee slips by showing responsibility, respectfulness, and ready to learn behavior will be able to participate.
Water Day will be on Tuesday, May 14 with grade levels being assigned specific time slots. We are still in need of a few donations, so please sign up using the link below to donate needed supplies and/or volunteer to help lead game stations. Thank you for your support!

This Friday, April 26th, the Bethel Bees will take on the Tippecanoe Red Devils in the Dragons High School Baseball Showcase at Day Air Ballpark at 8pm! Admission to the game is free, so come out and enjoy a fun night under the ballpark lights!
Fan parking can be found in the Marsh and McClennan Parking Lot and will be $5 per car, or metered parking in Dayton is free after 6pm on weekdays.
