Here are some important upcoming dates for our Middle School Students! Tuesday, Aug. 15th & Wednesday, Aug. 16th: 7th & 8th Grade Schedule Pick-Up Time: 8:30am-11am & 12pm-3pm Location: The Hive Thursday, Aug. 17th: 6th Grade & New Student Orientation and Schedule Pick-Up Time: 5pm-6pm Location: The Hive Monday, Aug. 21st: Middle School Open House Time: 4pm-6:30pm During these sessions, please make sure to park in the rear parking lot, and enter through the Hive entrance. In addition to Schedule Pick-up, parents will be able to pay their student's course fees for the 2023-2024 school year at all of the above times. Reminder: If your polling location for the August 8th special election is here at Bethel High School, please park in the parking lot behind the building and enter through the Hive Doors. The polls will be open from 6:30am to 7:30pm.

MVCTC Students and Parents: The Junior Student Welcome and Schedule Pick-Up is planned for the evenings of August 7th, 8th, and 9th at the Miami Valley Career Technology Center. The schedule for each night is as follows: - 4:30-5:15 pm – Schedule pick-up & fee payment in the Multipurpose Activity Center - 5:15 - 5:35 pm – Meeting in MAC for parents and students - 5:35 - 6:00 pm – Laptop pick-up - 6:00 - 7:00 pm – Visit career-technical labs and meet instructors Schedule pick-up nights are planned based on the student's career-technical program. The following schedule will be followed for the three nights. Elementary Parents: The Elementary Office will open on Monday, August 14th. Once open parents will be able to stop into the office if they have questions or need help with student registration. The rest of the building will still be closed until specified otherwise. If you have questions before August 14th, please contact Central Office at (937) 845-9414.
