Our Read-A-Thon has ended, but there's still time! Students that earned RAT bucks have 10 days to spend their money on their dashboard. In addition, donations can still be accepted for 10 days. First grade Olympics took place on Friday. Students competed in seven different reading and math events. Many medals were won by all! #K5hive #OneBethel





It was a SUPERIOR night for Bethel Local Schools at the Upper Valley Science Fair. Congratulations to Alex Lyall, for earning 2nd place overall with a perfect score of 40.
Congratulations to all six (6) of Bethel's Science Fair Participants. They all earned a SUPERIOR rating on their science fair projects. Congratulations to Jewel Tyler, Alex Lyall, Julie Sebastian, Caleb Gray, Lillian Whelan and Shritha Kutcherlapati. They all will be moving on to the District Science Fair at Edison State.
The Bees also won many additional awards:
Alex Lyall, not only placed second, but he also won three (3) other awards.
James McGarry-Award for Earth and Environmental Science, Miami County Soil & Water Conservation Award, Fresh Eyes Editing Award for Best Presentation of Data
Julie Sebastian earned the John A. Smith Memorial Award in Material Science.
Shritha Kutcherlapati earned the Tippecanoe Masonic Lodge No. 174 Award for Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and team of Caleb Gray and Lilian Whelan earned the Satturwar Award in Physics.
